No Problem Solution

1.

 An error occurs when opening some of the pages. This error could appear when saving the state of your lesson. Then, in your installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\REWARD) in the subfolder ‘Users’, choose in sequence: the user’s folder, the level, the lesson, and finally the page you had a problem with and delete it.

2.

 The program does not open any lessons from some of the compact discs. There is a blank screen instead of the first page of a lesson. Your CD-ROM drive is incompatible with the compact disc. We can send a special programme which deals with this problem. This is solved in the newest version of the product.

3.

 The program does not refresh the screen. Your graphic card did not allow to install DirectDraw correctly. In this case, change the line UseDirectDraw=1 into UseDirectDraw=0 in the EURO.CFG file, which you’ll find in your installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\REWARD).

4.

 The main page is not fully displayed and is opened in the 640x480 resolution even though your screen properties were set to 800x600 resolution. Reason unknown. This can be solved after setting your screen properties to 1024x768 resolution in High colour.

5.

 There is one of the programme discs in your CD-ROM drive and the application still asks you to insert a disc. Your CD-ROM drive is not recognised or Hard Disc Controller driver is not functioning properly – Because of the above the CD-ROM is using MS-DOS compatibility or it is falsely recognised by your Device Manager as some other device. It is necessary to set your devices status in the Device Manager.
